Ideally you will be able to complete all workouts and follow the programme schedule as planned. However, real life dictates that some workouts will have to be missed or shortened. This is your way of informing your coach of your progress.
You will receive an email every Saturday morning reminding you to update your % workout completion. To do this, simply click on the drop down arrow and select the approximate % of the workout that you have managed to complete.
This information will be automatically submitted to your coach at 4pm every Sunday who will then amend your programme if necessary for the following week.
