To change the day of a workout, simply click on the drop down arrow and select the preferred day. Please note, before moving a workout to a different day you will first need to move any conflicting workouts (see above rules) to another day.
After each change click the 'save changes' button to update the schedule. Once you have made all of the desired changes to your weekly schedule click ''save as template'. This is the order in which your workouts will appear in future weeks.
