On a weekly basis you will be able to make further adjustments to this schedule to fit around your lifestyle (the above rules will still need to be adhered to). These changes will only appear on the week that you are adjusting. Future weeks will appear as per the original schedule you set on week one. If at any time you wish to reset how your schedule appears at the start of every week, you will need to return to week one of your programme and repeat the steps in 'setting your weekly schedule'.
