#TeamTCUK Zwift Group Rides

Our newly launched Zwift Group Rides are proving really popular, thanks to everyone who has joined us so far!

If you'd like to get involved, here's our ongoing timetable - look out on Facebook for any changes or new additions.

Each session is 60 minutes unless otherwise stated. All you need is a Smart turbo trainer and a subscription to Zwift. Once you've set up your Zwift account, download the Zwift Companion app on your phone and follow each of our coaches who are leading the rides: Matt Sanderson, James Pryke, Ady Dench and Kirsten Howells. They'll then follow you back and invite you to their respective session.

Thursday @09.00 with Matt: sweet spot training
