The Importance of Sleep

Most triathletes lead very busy lives. Juggling work, family, friends and social commitments around your long bike, off-road run and technique session in the pool is hard enough so it's not surprising lots of us are missing out on precious sleep.

After just four hours sleep the other night, #TeamTCUK coach and co-founder, James, was inspired to create this video to explain the importance of sleep!

An integral part of the recovery and adaptation process, in the case of triathlon training, if you snooze you definitely won't lose!
